I've been working with this problem for 2 weeks now, with no luck. When I create a monitor profile and use it, I get problems with the adobe rgb colorspace. True red is rendered as orange.

In lightroom, this means that I see a shift in some images from the library to the develop module. A truly red flower will appear as orange in the library module, but with true colors in the develop module.

Similarly, in Photoshop. In color settings, if the working colorspace is Adobe RGB, when I set the color to RGB(255,','), it displays as an orange. When I set the colorspace to ProPhoto, it displays as true red.

I have tried different monitors, CRT and LCD, different graphics cards, and about a hundred different profiles, using the i1Display2 w/Eye One match. I am on vista 64, using the most current drivers for everything. Has anyone else seen this, and found a fix? "Corrupt Profile" is not the answer - I've profiled, profiled, and re-profiled. I think it is more like "corrupt usage of GOOD profile".
