color problem

When I am editing my photos in lightroom they look great but as soon as I export them a blue cast is added and my pictures look very dull. Does anybody have any ideas about what I should do?

Some points to look at as you give to little in the posting.

- export to what (JPG/TIFF)
- Compression on JPG
- Color space used at export
- Software to look at them after export (color management enabled or not ?)
