Color management in Beta 3.0

I just installed Beta 3.'. I am trying to print on Epson R8'' on OS X 1'.5.8.
I am using a generic SPR R8'' Matte profile. No color management on the printer.
It used to print OK using Photoshop on OS X 1'.4.
Now it clearly misses yellow (this is a night photo without a flash). It looks good on the screen.
I am running Lightroom in 32 bit mode and 16 bit output as suggested elsewhere.

Apologies. It was a printer problem. The yellow ink level was fine, but it turns out that the nozzle/head cleaning algorithm stopped prematurely because other ink was low (black - thought it printed fine).

No need to apologise. Its one of the new cyber rules of problem solving. If you want to solve a problem by yourself and quickly you need to first post the problem on the internet together with your own mistaken opinion on the cause. The correct solution will almost instantly be revealed after you hit the "post" button......

This is indeed true. I've done this countless times in my computer owning career. Stomped round the room shouting, tearing hair out, about to give up and throw it out the window. Enveloped with that "There's no way I'm wrong. I'm just not wrong on *this*" feeling.... Post my question on a favourite forum for help, then 5 mins later realise what a prize fool I've been as the (obvious) solution magically appears in my head.
