Color management for Blurb

I'm about to use Blurb for the first time to make a photobook. I was wondering about color management. How can I do to match the color I see on my computer to the print they will do for the book? Apparently there is a ICC color profile HP 5''', but I don't know how to install it in LR and how to use it.
Maybe, now there is a plug in?
What about the set up to export the pictures?

You would need to obtain the software and hardware to calibrate your monitor. Packages like the Spyder Express start around $75 and work there way up from there. Its a farily easy process.

I give it a try with sRGB at 3''dpi and the color and brightness are already different from what I see in Lightroom and in the book preview...

If you have a neutral grey card or a xrite colour chart you could hold next to the screen and try to gauge the hue roughly. This is far from ideal but it can help you get a bit closer. Most of the screens I have calibrated are usually on the cold/blue side to start with if this is any help. Unless you calibrate the screen properly though you are really going to struggle to get a full colour/luminance match. "If in doubt use sRGB" is a good quote to remember too.
