Color in Greyscale mode?

Hi everyone, perhaps I am just being dense on this, but why when I click on Greyscale am I still seeing a color cast to some of my images? (Yellow in one, pink in another, none in another). Split-toning is zeroed out.

Sounds like someone has been painting with the local adjustment brush.....

Not too far off, John! I had applied a graduated filter months ago, and forgot about it! Of course as soon as I reset the image and converted it to BW, it truly was BW.... so it was just a late-night mental lapse!
