Color change after "Rendering Preview"

Hi there,

My first time finding/posting to the forum... I hope the lightroom gods can help me!!! :^)

I had this issue with LR 1, but I was hoping it would just go away.

I'm shooting with a D3, which goes pretty warm in general when I'm shooting flash indoors.

My issue, is that I'm just editing the photos, and on most of them "Rendering Preview" shows up at the bottom of the photo, and when it's done it CHANGES THE IMAGE! Rarely for the better, usually it brightens it, and makes it more yellow.

Any way to stop this from happening?

And thanks, I'm usually a skim the surface person when it comes to programs, but I love lightroom and want to use more than 5% of it's potential! :^)
