I would like to build some smart collections where one of the criteria is membership in a regular collection that is inside of a collection set. Is this possible? How?

Phil

There is only the criterion called Collection Name, Phil. It's the principle used in my Workflow Smart Collections, if you need an example.

You say 'inside a collection set'. If that means that you have two collections with the same name, in different collection sets, then you have to rename one. The smart collection can't distinguish between them based on the name of the set.

Ouch! How could I miss that. Of course. A senior moment, if there ever was one. And also thanks to Johan for the point in his message.

I just built a smart collection and the criterion is used was that Collection Name does not contain "a e i o u y 2 0 1 7 8" (thanks Cletus.)
