Clone Tool Question

I've use a preset which turns all colours off but the red. I have a picture of my daughter and her netball teammates shaking hands with their opponents after the game. Looks nice but for 1 particular girl, her lips looks like she has lipstic on.

Can I use the clone tool to remove the red from the lips? or at least make it much lighter?

I would think so Pat. brush the lips and use the saturation and maybe colour as well.
Give it a go and let us know please.

In this case you want to use the Adjustment Brush, not the Spot Removal tool (which is sometimes called the Heal/Clone tool).

To reduce the red colour or remove? How? I thought I could use the clone tool to clone a skin tone colour to the lips

Nope Pat, use the brush tool and reduce saturation would be my way.

Here's the link to that photo. It's the girls with 'GK' bib. Her lips are too red.

Yep use the adjustment brush on her lips and maybe the girl towards the left side with pink lips too!!

Saturation is all I used for this to tone down the pink lips....

I can't find the Target Adjustment Tool button for the Saturation slide in the Adjustment Brush section. Am I missing something?

Just use the saturation slider in the Adjustment Brush panel, there is no TAT for this. Click the little switch at top right of the panel to make it visible if you can't see the slider.
