Clicked an image in grid view and it disappeared

I clicked an image in grid view, not really sure where I clicked on the image, and it just disappeared. Its not in a stack. When I go to import it again LR tells me it is already in the catalog. I have no idea where it went or why I can't see it.

Well, as you obviously know the file name, simply search for it by filename using the Text search box on the Library Filter bar.
