I prefer a desktop but the few times i travel, it would be nice to be able to use my iPad to edit a few. Are these two system compatible?

LrC and Lr can be integrated using the Adobe Cloud. I use LrC primarily to manage my image inventory in a local catalog. When I travel,I use an iPad Pro and the Adobe Cloud to import and manage images. These images then sync back to my master catalog on my desktop computer at home. Images that originate in LrC and sync to the Adobe Cloud sync as proxy images (Smart Previews) and do not consume your Storage plan in the Adobe Cloud. Images the originate in Lr Mobile are sent full size and do consume your storage plan memory. For this reason I recommend (and use) the 1TB photography plan since the 20GB plan is less than a typical camera card. I also recommend an iPad with 1TB storage.
