Changing file names problem

I have run into an unusual problem.When I change all files in a folder at once in sequence it leaves duplicate files in the My Photos folder. Both the old name and the new one.

That's a weird problem mrgooch. I assume the same happens if you do a few at a time? Or one at a time? Sounds like some kind of permissions issue. How are you renaming?

I am now able to rename without a problem. I don't know why it happened.
