Centering a Text Overlay, how?

Hello all

I want to create a text overlay with the name of the subject etc. but am finding it difficult to get the text centered horizontally.

Does anyone have any tips as to how to easily center the text?

I will try to explain myself better.

I select a picture in the Library Module, then switch to the Print Module.

When in the Print Module I click on the 'Identity Plate' and enter my text that I wish to be overlayed onto my picture.

This is the text that I am trying to center horizontally but at the moment it is not very accurate.

Does it have to be absolutely accurate? Can't you just drag it so that it is visually acceptable?

Can't you create a transparent image and use this as your identity plate. The image should be the same size as the one you want to print so you could center the text properly.
