Caught between Folder Images and External Hard Drive

I moved all my folders to an external hard drive per Scott Kelby. All my raw image folders are stored within My Photos. However, the Lightroom Classic folders reside within "My Lightroom Photos" with all my edits. I want to move the My Lightroom Photos, with edits, under My Photos in Lightroom. I have developed Collections and Collections sets based on the My Lightroom Photos. Also, my My Macintosh drive is corrupted and I all my files are in the cloud. Hope this mess is clear enough for a helpful response.

It should be very simple to move the folders in the folder panel of LrC.
(My concern is that the two screen-clips may indicate two catalogs)
In the one catalog- Drag the {My Lightroom Photos} folder in Macintosh HD onto the {My Photos} folder in the Photos drive.
