Catalog - Error Images

Hi

I have 22 photos in that section since a long time. How do I see what error these images have and how do I correct the problem... or how do I remove them from there?

It's become known as a rather stubborn collection - there might not be anything wrong with them!

If you click on one, see if you can open into Develop module ok. That'll show up if it thinks it's missing or there's something else wrong. There are other ways, that's just a quick way.

Still about error images

I have also been wondering those Error Images. I have 228 of them. If
"Error Images" in Library panel is a Collection, so may I just delete them (or the whole Collection) without removing the images from LR, or deleting them from the disk?

So I open all of them in develop and I see nothing, but my pictures are still there with no messages. So what?

So if you can't find anything wrong with them, you take a guess that they're just 'stuck'. Unfortunately there isn't an easy way to get rid of that collection though. The whole collection's disappeared in 2.', but in the meantime you've got 2 options:

1. Ignore it.

2. Create a new catalog and run Import as Catalog to transfer all of your data from your current catalog into the new one. Often the strange 'error images' collection gets left behind in the process.
