Capture date is changed during post processing

Hi! I do the majority of post processing using Lightroom but dip into Photoshop and / Topaz Denoice Ai from time to time. I have just noticed that during this process the Capture Date in the metadata changes from the actual capture date to the post processing date / time.
Does anyone have any ideas?
This is a very recent anomaly.
