Can't sync iphone Lightroom mobile to desktop

I can sync from desktop to mobile, but it doesn't seem to work from mobile to the desktop. There is a smart collection on my desktop say From Lr Mobile, but nothing is in there, and my filter are turned off.

I tried signing out and in on both my mobile and desktop, but no go.

Suggestions?

Can you clarify what you mean? Are you trying to sync edits to images in already existing synced collections from mobile back to the desktop, or are you trying to sync new images that you've added to mobile from, say, the LR camera or the Camera Roll, back to the desktop?

chatted with Adobe and got it worked out.
