Can't Save in PS CS2 after using LR2 adjustment brush

Hey

I resently started using LR2 to raw-convert my images, and the other day i discovered the adjustment brush, which made some of the tasks i usally do i photoshop CS2 much easier.
I export the images in Tiff 8bit from LR2 and make other corrections in photoshop before they are stored as jpg's.

When i have used the adjustment brush in LR2 on a image, the image loads fine into photoshop but when i try to save it i just get this error:
"Could not complete your request because of a program error"

I dont really know if this is a LR og PS problem, but i would like to find a solution because the adjustment brush in LR2 is a super tool

On a side note, it doesnt happen when i use graduated filter in LR2 only the brush

After i made this post i found out that i could save it, if a used "save for web" but the metadata isnt important for me, so ill just strip that.
