Can't open LR 2.2

Hello all,

I've got 2.2 and was working on my photos lastnight when my PC crashed and i got the bluescreen saying something about a memory dump. I restarted my pc and tryed to open LR and it is now saying it can't open the catalog as another app is using it, but there isn't?

I've checked the task manager and there is no other app running except the LR that i'm trying to open.

Any ideas?

Ok, 2 things to do....

1. Go to Adobe.com and download 2.3, and install it. 2.2 had a memory leak, as you've discovered.

2. Check the folder which contains your catalog. There is probably a lock file that got left behind when it crashed. Delete it (just the *.lock file) with LR closed and you should be all set.
