Can't load lrinstagram

I cannot load lrinstagram plug-in. I have followed plug-in manager instructs, reboot, re-open, upgraded, re-downloaded the app, etc. LR CC 2015. My friends with the same set up have been able to do it.
Anybody else have this experience?
