I have installed Creative Cloud on an additional PC and the installation appeared to be fine.

I've opened and used Photoshop - all good.

I've opened Lightroom and I can't add any photos and there's nothing in the library - everything is greyed out. I've uninstalled and re-installed LR but it's made no difference. I've reset preferences too, but same applies.

Help would be most appreciated.

Regards.

Which lightroom have you installed? Cc or Classic CC? If the latter, the behaviour is all normal, because you have to access the same catalog (and preview files) that was on the other machine in order to see these photos.

If you are using LRCC then you should be able to see all the photos as in the old installation.

What is your workflow? What are you attempting to achieve with the second installation?

Hi Davco, welcome to the forum! Can you tell us a bit more about what you can see?
