Hi ... I just updated my Lightroom Classic to V11 and I can't seem to do something that I often used in previous versions. I make constant use of the Title and Caption metadata fields for my photos, and I used to be able to select multiple photos in grid view and then enter a title and caption, and it would appear in all the selected photos. This does not work for me in V11. No I need to add the same title/caption in each photo, even when I have multiple photos selected.

Is this a new "feature" or am I doing something wrong in V11?

Thanks ... Jay-Dee Purdie

One question- Have you noticed the two toggle buttons ? [Target] and [Selected].

Adobe has created needless confusion with this. The setting has always existed (the menu item Metadata > Show Metadata For Target Photo Only), and LR 11 did a good thing by making it more visible on the Metadata panel. But it botched the implementation and didn't carry over the user's previous setting.
