Can't download Photoshop from creative cloud.

Hi go a new MacBook M1 and am having a problem getting Photosop to download from creative cloud. When I go to the creative cloud and click install Photoshop, it stars to install but then says 'Installation Failed' 'Retry'.I've tried many times but get no further. I've gone into Applications and opened PS and compared with PS on my old machine, one folder is missing 'Locales'. This is as far as my knowledge goes. Help would be much appreciated.
Have downloaded Lightroom no probs.

MacBook Pro M1 32gb 1tb. OS Ventura

Hi Paul

Right. I loaded an older version 24.1.1 it dowloaded and installed and works perfectly. If I go to creative cloud it says there is a update available 24.2.
If I try to install this I'm back to the same problem. So not ideal and who knows if a newer version in the future will install. If you have any other ideas
I'm all ears.
