Can't double click to open .lrcat files when not Administrator

When logged on as a standard/power user I have discovered that if I double click on a .lrcat file (or right click and select "Open in Lightroom") I get this sequence of dialog boxes and the program does not start. If I change the user to Administrator group the right-click or double-click works. If I change the user back to standard/power user it fails again.

I have no trouble opening files from within Lightroom but sometimes I find it more convenient to open them with a double click.

Hi Andrew, I haven't heard of that one before, but personally my first thought would be to switch the account to Admin and reinstall LR - and then try switching back to Limited and see if it works.

That seemed to do the trick but it appears it has to be done for each user profile on the computer to make it work correctly.

That's a little weird. Since I am the only user of Lightroom in my house it's not a huge deal but hopefully it makes a bug list somewhere.
