Can't delete a page in book module

Right smack in the middle of a book I am making is a blank page. It won't move or delete. Right click shows remove page not highlighted. control delete doesn't work. If there is a photo on that page it only removes the photo, not the page. Have lr 5.7 on a PC and had this problem way back in lightroom 4 (or was it 3?)

Any help would be appreciated

If you're still stuck on this, a screenshot might help if Remove Page isn't working.

Thanks for the reply.

Apparently Blurb/book module must contain an even number of photos. Added another photo and problem solved.
