Cannot find the photo plus icon.

I purchased a pack of presets from Etsy.
The instructions say:
1. DOWNLOAD AND UNZIP FILES FROM ETSY. LOCATE MOBILE DNG FILES.
2. OPEN ADOBE PHOTOSHOP LIGHTROOM FOR MOBILE TRANSFER DNG FILES TO MOBILE PHONE VIA EMAIL.
3. "ADD THE DNG FILES AND OTHER PHOTOS BY CLICKING THE PHOTO PLUS BUTTON".

I cannot find the icon to add a photo. I can only see the camera icon to take a pic (in edits) but not the icon to add pictures.
I'm sure it's hiding in plain sight. I'm using the latest Lightroom app version on my iphone. Any insight?

The icon that you have highlighted is the Add Photos button. That floating blue bar contains 2 separate buttons: left is Add Photos, right is the camera button.
