Cannot change Adobe Plan

My wife currently is on the Photography Plan but wants to change to the Cloud only plan. However the only option presented to her is to cancel her current plan with a large penalty payment. Surely there’s a way to do this?

Yeah, just talk to customer services, they can switch it over without penalty. Either by chat or phone should work.
