Can Lr2 Captions “Hyperlink” to Another Photo?

On Flickr, I can include hyperlinks in captions, so for example, you can be viewing a recent photo, click the hyperlink in the caption and be shown a related photo (for example, of the same location several years ago). Example

Is there anything similar in Lr2?

Flickr parses the link in it's internal code. You could try adding the A HREF="" bit. If you're exporting to Flicker, it should parse a normal http:// link already in the caption.
