At some point, I ended up with two folders - LR5 Master and LR5 Master-2.lrdata and two files: LR Master.lrcat and Lr Master-2.lrcat. I am using ver. 6.6.1. Can I delete the two LR Masters, since I use the Master-2's? Thanks.

Yes, you can delete the catalog and previews that you aren't using. If there is the slightest question about which one you are indeed using or the possibility that your current catalog does not have all of the images that the other does, you can move these to a temporary folder until you are sure you did the right thing
