I have been using LR2 for a while. Love it and learning more daily.
I am now realizing I want to start with a different camera profile for all FUTURE RAW files that I import.
I have readup how to change the default camera profile...that is easy. My concern is this. I have edited numerous RAW files in the past that started with a DIFFERENT camera profile as a starting point.
When I change the default....does it change:
1) Just all future imported pictures??? (OK)
2) All future imported pictures AND all currently imported pictures that do not have any other processing??? (OK)
3) **ALL*** RAW files in the catalog for that camera, regardless of whether they have been processed or not and of course all future images (NOT okay, as I have gotten good end-result images by starting with a different starting camera profile).
What is the recommended solution to make this happen without messing up my history?
Thanks for any help,
BJB
