Hi all,

I'm not sure if it's the latest update or I just forgot, but I can't find where to show the camera capture metadata? I just got back from a trip where I took 4000 pics between my iphone and nikon dslr. I used to be able to view the capture camera in the side panel. Now I can't find it anymore. It no longer appears in the metadata dropdown in the Library side panel. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Do you mean you do not see the metadata panel at all? If so, right-click in one of the other panel headers. That will give you a contextual menu with the option to toggle the visibility of the panels.

If you do see the panel but not the metadata you are looking for, then you may have changed the preset at the top of the panel.

Ah! Thank you. That was it. The camera identification is in the "Quick Describe" preset in the Metadata panel.
In the latest version of Lightroom Classic you can make your own custom metadata panel.
