Camera distortion - from LR 2.7 to PSE 7

Hi I want to adjust a picture for distortion and as the feature is not yet tere in LR I use Edit in Photoshop to bring it there and then try to use the function within PSE7 (under Filter). But when the picture opens in PSE7 that particular function is not selectable (grey marked) and I do not understand why or what to do the select it. When using "Edit in ..." from LR only tiff or psd are available. Could that be the issue? Because if I open a jpeg from within PSE then the Correct camera distortions is available.

Actually in the meantime I got a solution presented -to use 8 instead of 16 bits when going from LR to PS and it worked (could not remove my original post so left it here in case someone else has the same problem).
