Calibrating new monitor

Hi i am looking for some advice.
I have just purchased a new iMac 27" retina display and I'm wondering if i should calibrate it with my
spyder express or leave the monitor as is. I had my pervious iMac calibrated with it but seeing as the new one is retina i am not sure if it requires the calibration.
Any help and advice will be very welcome.

Every monitor benefits for an accurate color profile. The only thing different about retina is that the pixels are closer spaced than you find with a standard definition display.
