Burning ? about color issues in LR

Ok, this may be the craziest question ever, but it is driving me crazy. If I edit my pics in LR and get all of this great color, and then have to convert to SRGB for printing is it possible to still maintain those colors or will my prints always be more flat/dull because of the smaller color space?

Andi, they ought to maintain the colour reasonably well. that is it should take a trained eye to tell. If you are getting a difference there will be other things in play.
