I'm planning to move my image folders to another media device I see where you can do this in Lightroom and all stays consistent. All I've seen is moving one by one. Unless I missed it. I have 610 folders to move so moving in bulk would be best for me. Any resources you could point me to? Thx in advance

It's also detailed on page 441 of your Classic FAQ.
 
For small volumes (ie a single folder) I would use option 1. For largescale moves I would use Option 2. There are too many things that can go wrong with massive file moves that are totally outside the control of Lr.

Before moving anything I would check for missing files or folders and resolve any issues arising (Menu/Library/FindMissingFiles) to your satisfaction before starting a major move. In that way you can exclude confusion/mayhem caused by pre-existing conditions.
