Hi,
I had to reinstall LR and I lost all my collections. Is there any way to create collections for all of my folders at one time? I have several hundred folders which would take quite a while to create individually.

Thanks.

You can right click a folder in the Folders panel and select one of these options:

Or you can drag folders into the Collections panel.

But before you do that, review your backup procedure.

Hi ken,
I lost my catalog. I had to start from scratch and had to begin with a new catalog.
I am sorry to hear that you lost your catalog. Do you have any backups of it stored anywhere before you begin to start anew?
