I was working on a book today -- finished it. Sent to Blurb. Ordered. Then cleared the book out, opened a new one and began working on it but the option to switch from grid view to double page view to single page view has vanished. I'm attaching a screen shot. As you can see, down where the filmstrip is -- just above that is where you usually switch from grid view to double page to single. But mine is gone and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to restore it. any guesses?
