I am trying to access the Custom Pages I saved in one book when designing a new book. When I do that, no Custom Pages are listed for the new book. Is there a way to use those previously saved custom pages in all new books?

The 'Custom Pages' menu item shows you the pages you have 'saved' as Custom pages, and yes, you can use them any time in future.
BUT the Custom Pages are SIZE specific.
ie. If you design an 8x10in book and save custom pages- you will only see these custom pages if you are designing an 8x10in book.
If you design a 12x12in book you will need to create and save custom pages for this size.
The Menu item "Custom Pages" does not appear at all if there are none saved for the current page layout Size:.
