beta 2 refuses to install

Must I uninstall lightroom 3 beta first?

Will my catalogs survive the un installation?

A little clearer, I have beta 3.1 and cant get 3.2 to install.

What is the error ?

Try uninstalling Beta 1 first. It won't touch the catalogs

Double click the exe and looks like it is about to start the install process, but then nada.

I have dl the zip several times and unzipped in a folder on the desktop. three files and one folder, I suppose the first exe is the launcher and then it prolly looks in the folder for the appropriate exe, which are both there btw.

Shows no error, no progress, just like it fizzles out and does nothing. The little hourglass runs for less than half a second near the coursor, then back to inactivity.
