Best Wacom settings for LR?

I have the Intuos 3 and would like to hear what peoples' preferred settings are for the pen buttons, tablet buttons (and if you use them) in LR and PS, while you're at it.

In PS, I've use the lower pen button for the Alt modifier (PC) and the upper one as X to switch. I found the Alt is good for healing brush grabs, and the upper is switching defaults when painting masks or dodging and burning. But, I'm open to ideas.

I have a 6x11 tablet. I set the tablet buttons to TATs. HSL on one side with the escape key, and Tone Curve on the other side. I use the back pen button for control clicking system wide. I use the front button for option clicking in Photoshop and command clicking everywhere else.
