Best Keyboard Shortcut from local adjustment to Basic panel?

I think there's got to be a better way, but what I've done over the years has simply been to hit K twice. Anyone have a better way?

Thanks. That opens the Basic panel, but doesn't close the local adjustment, even in Solo mode. I was hoping for a single key shortcut that would close the local adjustment and open Basic.

You could always get a gaming keyboard and program keys to do pretty much whatever you need.
