Batch Sharpen

I searched the forums and couldnt find this.
Can you sharpen multiple pictures at the same time without using the sync button?
I find the sharpen in the sync section doesnt sharpen to my likings?
Can you select all then use the sharpen tools?

Yes, if you turn on AutoSync. Press the Control key (Command on Mac), and note that the Sync button Changes to Auto Sync. Press that, and now any changes made in Develop will be applied to all selected photos. (Some operations may be a little slower as a result).

If you have favorite settings for the sliders, you can also create a preset and apply them to multiple images in Library (or even on Import).

However, there is no difference in the end result between any of these methods.

So I just click on the saved preset, select my saved one and it does it ?

Yes, if you're in Grid view on the primary monitor, or if you apply it at Import time, or if you're in Develop with AutoSync enabled.
