No, but a shareware program like SuperDuper or Deja Vu could possibly help synch the folders after the fact.

It would seem the answer is to do the NAS backup AFTER you have deleted the losers. That matches my workflow. There is some risk that you could forever delete something by mistake, but for me I make the backup after I do the weeding out, but before I empty the windows trash can and before I reformat my card, so there are still versions to recover from.

Either you are okay with the minimal risk of deleting something permanently before the backup, or you should just NOT worry about the space on your NAS. Isn't your NAS just a safety backup? So what is the harm in having extra images on the NAS.

If you do want to go the sync route, I recommend SyncBack.
