Basic setting for Unsharp Mask in Mogrify?

Hi all,

I am trying to get the output sharpening right in LR/Mogrify in LR 1.4.1 and have so far only used ´basic sharpening´.
I have a feeling that Unsharp mask gives you better results but I am uncertain about the settings (haven´t used PS a lot....) and where to start testing.

Is there a basic setting in unsharp mask to start from?
Any views on Basic sharpening contra Unsharp mask?
