Banner or panoramic printing in LR2 on R1900

I go into my Epson R19'' printer preferences and set it up for roll paper, banner mode, user defined size of 12.95 inches by 32 inches for my pano. I open LR and go to print and it says the paper size is none. I've tried all kinds of combinations, but in the end LR2 always insists that the maximum length is 19 inches. I think this is a bug, because if I set the paper size to one of the cut sheet sizes in the printer settings, LR recognizes it and shows it on the print page.

Is there a workaround that will let me print a panoramic from LR2 that is longer than 19 inches? Or even better, one that is longer than the 44 inches Epson says is their max?

It ought to be possible with the R19''?? I can do it with the R18''. It is all in the page Set Up - you need to create a custom size in there. Then you end up with this:

The page set up in the printer preferences dialog that comes up when you right click on the printer and select preferences? Or is there someplace in LR where I can do a page set up?

The Epson 19'' preferences dialog has a place to define the length and width, and that works. But over in lightroom, instead of displaying a custom page like you show, I always see (none).

I'll go out and see if there is an updated driver...

Brandon, it is all done through LR. Use the page set up in the bottom left of the Print Module and it ought to be clear from my images.

Aha, over on the other side completely. I'd been focusing on the right hand side, where it seemed that all the printing set up was being done. However, on Windows, I don't seem to have quite the same options in the printer set up dialogs. I certainly don't have a "manage custom sizes..." menu item. These are dialogs from the printer driver, right? Mine look quite different, but if I do set a custom size, it is now reflected in Lightroom.

Pleased to see you can get it working, I guess the different views are an Epson/OS thing.
I've always used Macs so haven't much experience with PC options.
