Automatically insert filename into IPTC "Title" field?

Hi all,I was browsing over at the dam forums, and came across a post regarding the use of the Title, Caption and Headline fields. I would like to insert my filenames into the IPTC Title field. Is there an easy way to do this automatically, or a plug-in that would allow this?

You can probably use LR/Transporter to do this (I haven't tried). I do it using Jeffrey Friedl's Run Any Command export filter to run Exiftool.
