I have missing files in my LR catalog. I don't know why they are missing but doing a search in my LR photo files does not find them. I do have copies of the missing files from other locations on my computer which I import into LR. I cannot connect the missing file and the imported file even though they are the same in name size, etc. LR says the missing file is associated with a different file than the one I just imported. Is there a solution for this? I guess I could remove the missing file from LR, re-import the file and all would be well but I hesitate to try that.
