Application quitting

I have been creating web galleries the last few days and after making two or three Lightroom keeps quitting on me. The galleries are lightroom html. Any ideas what is up?

I also have been trying to make a Gallery Index with Turning Gate's Gallery Index 1.2. I can get most of the way through the instructions and the index works except that I can't get the page to allow me to return to the Index page once I access a gallery from it. Can anyone guide me through the process?
