Appearance is Different in Library, Develop and Navigator Window

Lately, I've noticed that after I have edited an image (often to make colors more vivid), the colors become more muted in Library mode and the Navigator window. When I export the image as a jpg, the colors remain muted. They are not the saturated colors I had set in Develop; they are very distinctly dulled.

Any thoughts?
