Anyone test LR on Win 7 64 bit?

I have installed Windows 7 RC1 for testing. I am about to test LR in that environment and wonder if anyone has tried that yet and what has been the experience? Win 7 seems very stable and I am tempted to run some production there if testing goes well.

Any comments or experience welcome.

There are a couple of threads on the U2U from the first W7 release, with a list of the bugs they'd found. Might be worth a quick read before you put it into production. But yes, I've got a couple of test machines running W7 and LR2.3 and it's looking pretty good. Gave up on the production machine because of a lack of drivers for the Matrox video card.

I am running LR2.3 with Windows7 RC1 64-bit. I had trouble installing but once I| got that figured out it runs fine. Obviously, I haven't been using RC1 long but I used the beta since January with no problems.

Good. sounds very solid. I imported 15'' images today and not a flaw so far.

This may be a little off topic, but can someone tell me what the main differences are between 7 and Vista, 64bit if that matters? Is 7 a big change or is it just a bunch of little things that add up? I've been using Vista 64 since about Dec.1st, and it seems fine to me, but improvement is always welcome. And especially if it makes LR run better, although that's fine too.

Did you have trouble moving your catalog? Every time I try to open with my old catalog from Win xp, program closes. I suspect it is because Win 7 changed drive letters on me.
