Anyone care to order LR2.0 upgrade for me?

As the upgrade price in the US is only $99 and here in the Netherlands it is 119 euros I was wondering [if it's possible to] buy the upgrade in the US [instead].

I know about the taxes we need to pay here in the Netherlands but why do we need to pay more than double ($99 is about 58 euros) for something that is exactly the same.

Nope. You need a US address and I don't have one. Also my credit card is coupled to a Dutch address and that is checked as well if I recall correctly from my CS->CS3 upgrade.

I'd very much like thie answer to this, as I'm in the same position. Why is it not possible for Uk residents to download the upgrade? I'm sure Victoria will be able to tell us!

UK residents can download the upgrade - from the UK site. I just did it. But it is more expensive, and I can give reasons for Adobe's pricing structure because I really don't know why.

After a little discussion with Victoria I want to close down the thread as this is not the place for this kind of discussion (and it is also discussed in various other threads).

I've contacted Adobe on the subject of pricing in Europe and will see what they say about it.
